lowest ive used this for is around 20 degrees F. It ran fine then as lone as i kept the fire fed. to efficiently cook may need to have a bit more of a flame then normal.
Can you use the wok for some of the same applications as the griddle, given the uneven heat? I would tend to agree the wok would be more versatile, just thinking of things like pancakes... any thoughts?
