I remember watching the Banana Splitz Show when it was airing on Boomerang back in 2009 I did enjoy watching some episodes it's ashame that now they're remembered as horror characters.

Yeah! The Banana Splits are supposed to be fun and jolly animals not Five Nights at Freddy's knockoffs! So this part makes me feel bad for the Banana Splits for being treated that way in the movie!
All the anguish and depression from that terrible movie finally caved in on the Banana Splits. It's shocking that none of them broke down into tears letting out all the trauma they've been put through. Also, I doubt I'll ever have this kind of sympathy for Dick Dastardly or Muttley.
How can you not after all the crap they've been through?!! They were forced into petty and nonsensical crime after a terrible movie ruined their lives!!
Their stories: fleegle still wanted fame, so tried to get into the solo music industry, and failed Bingo couldn't handle the stress, and started abusing drugs, and kept exercising to the point where he didn't need steroids, still in pain Dropper just stopped acting when their show was canceled, and rested his days until something could make him make him happy again Snorky lost everything. The money, his fame, all gone. He later was in a coma for 40 years, but was always by his friends sides. This is what would happen if people don't care about cartoon characters or any character, and the only way to stop things like this is to care again
I dont think its been confirmed yet but theories are pointing that Warner Bros stole the scrapped fnaf movie script that lead to the banana splits movie after scott ditched WB after going all, "Fine I'll do it myself" and going to blumhouse studios.
This version of the splits I can kinda sympathy with. A long time ago they were the coolest guys around but with time people's perceptions changes and they fell out. Now they how to commit crime just to get by
I like to think that the episodes are out of order and this episode takes place AFTER the El Kabong one... I really hope the Splits will become good guys later on...
That's what I think, I know most Cartoons don't have continuity or canonical timeline and just are standalone episodes such as SpongeBob (unless if it's the DC Cartoons, Gravity Falls, Owl House, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Kids Next Door, or especially Star Wars: The Clone Wars) but their always have been some instances where certain Cartoon episodes lead to continuity errors or inconsistencies which can be annoying.
