- America, 1899. The Wild West era is coming to an end. Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are forced to escape when a robbery in the western village of Blackwater goes horribly wrong. As the nation's top bounty hunters and federal authorities close behind, the gang needs to rob, steal, and battle its way through the untamed heartland of America to survive. Arthur is forced to choose between his allegiance to the gang that nurtured him and his own principles as the group's growing internal conflicts threaten to split it apart.
