Bakwas project hai.. overpriced hai.. builder is not providing anything in flats unlike Gera.. gine chune hi project hain inke pune me.. kisi ka bhi elevation accha nhi hai.. reviews acche nhi hain unke pichle projects ke.. inki Jo 4 lifts hai for 8 flats, they will also be used as service lifts.. 31*8 = 248 flats= 248*4(approx.) = 992 people.. almost 1000 people ke liye only 4 lifts.. and hall area is very small even in 3 bhk to 2 bhk to soch hi lo.. and uss location pr wo naale ko river bolte rehte hain.. there is a place in keshav nagar jahan kachre ka recycling hota hai to jo wash hota hai kachra wo saari gandgi issi paani me jaati hai, a famous mosquito tornado news was also over the internet for the same. THEY ARE KEEPING THE SAME PRICE AS GERA BUT GERA IS PROVIDING FULLY SETUP KITCHEN WITH SOFT LOCK MECHANISM, AC IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, WOODEN FURNISHED FLOOR IN MASTER BEDROOM AND THAT TOO WITH ALMOST SIMILAR CARPET AREA AND THEY DO HAVE AN OPTION OF DUPLEX TOO.

Isaka payment schedule k hisab se wo 80% amount 3rd floor tak le lege. 7 months me 50% amount because it has initial payment schedule linked with days and not milestone. Aur possession isaka 2029 me hai. Itana pehale sal me hi pay karna hua to ready possession hi better hai.

Majestique evolvus is quoting 1.20cr for 877 sqft, mahindra is quoting for 1050sqft which is almost a size if 3bhk similar sqft evolvus is quoting 1.54cr , agree majestique has good location but project is not worth it will become a too crowded in sometime after getting possession don’t look only the location look even the project
We also saw that mahindra quote is higher but project is nice and even layout too price what you see in mahindra is including maintanance nothing is hidden all upfront and stamp duty and registration is also less in township 4.5%
They have 10L negotiation on the pricing what they have shown but it varies on what token you are taking
It's also not kharadi . It's wagholi. In Google it's showing as wagholi. selling in the name of upper kharadi, kharadi annex, etc ??

Never go for Flat near refugee flats.
This township is the biggest scam. You will pay for the township maintenance and the central garden and play areas near Godrej will be used by the public. Road development is ongoing but not sure when they will connect the patch between Wellington College to the Mahindra sales office road. Still, a few years to wait and use the Rollar Coaster road for the township people.
