During my yearly camping trip as a kid I'd see a friend who owned a pair of the model 2's with the CommLynx cable. Whenever the weather was bad we would sit in their caravan and play California Games. Battery life was great considering the colour screen and audio quality. Does the flip function still work with the screen replacement? Duplicating buttons and completely rotating the unit for a left hander was such a wild idea.

Yeah I'm not sure to be honest. A lot of the pins are duplicated multiple times as well if you look at the schematics.
Thé lynx used a triple LCD configuration very primitive now but high end at the time
