To your very last question, why are they running Sovereign, I suspect that is back to the clutch potential. You get the reload-option of a pump, the shot-speed close to a gatekeeper and if you can master that up close shot you can get some pretty decent damage per shot in. Could be a life-saver if you are in a tough spot against a duo/trio if you are isolated and clutching.
I mean when we talk about IGL the first person comes to my mind is Khanada. his so unbalanced in being fragger and IGL that it's crazy to think he is the fragger :)) he NEVER gonna be a fragger :D
