@Red Red ok O am sorry 😹😓😩 for saying you're racist when I' actually don't even know if you're❤ racist it's wrong to say ones racist when they are giving there opinion 😪 but I am American 🇺🇸🗽 with a grandma from Ireland actually 2 generations American 🇺🇸🗽. So Yess you're telling me something about not having DNA lineage of Ireland when actually I do?❓ lol 😂😂😂😂😂
How cute your hair is.

Wow your beautiful ❤️
i find that some… some people who are raised in a different culture than there own are more deep in the culture of the ladder the of the people of origin.. sometimes
I am sorry your daughter experienced those comments or if you did in the past. I really hope Ireland is changing for the better and the father of your daughter's friend is a positive sign. I know in my children's 2 schools that parents take a similar approach and racism is not tolerated. My husband is dark skinned and my children mixed race and we have taught them not to tolerate any racist comments. I am Irish and I can say from my experience if a racist comment has been made around me or my friends it would not be tolerated.
I understand the hurt of "you're not really black" causes as my husband experienced such comments in spain and I hated to hear it as my children are half ecuadorian.
I wish the very best for you and your family in Ireland.
you hope Ireland changes for the better? you married an Alien Race Ireland belongs to the Irish
Sharing culture is so important. I’m Puerto Rican and I never knew they’re were British Puerto Ricans. I swear it unlocked a different part of my brain.
Any human can be of any culture regardless of their ancestory because people are the product of their environment
Funny a lot of blacks in the US hv Irish descent including my self.
Me as well.
Having a child and being unmarried was a heavy scene, people were only supposed to have children after marriage according to society those days and as we are all aware many babies were taken away from the mother. Thankfully its not so ignorant on the matter these days. Glad to hear the outlook was good for him and now his kids
He is culturally Irish and I think that's the important part. I am sure Ireland being an Island has more than enough of mixtures if you go down history.
He will never be Irish
Amazing man he’s a credit to himself
Fair play to this fella, at least he's not playing the race card
what is the race card
@@bettyjenkins4829 When you mention someone else's race.
There's no such thing
This is not the US
What an absolute legend, very best to luck to you
The best Irish man was black Phil lynott and he was proud to be loved Irish folklore ya can see it in his music. Can't believe in 2020 that there still ignorant racist in Ireland
Your the truth brother ! Nice too see someone with s brain in the comments do many racist idiots who have no clue and that are pure ignorent
I am the best irishman you bollicks🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪
born in england, a black father an irish mother. not irish.
Greetings from Ireland
I wanna hear more from him.😭
Would love to meet one of the people on ‘yes im irish’ when visiting the country one day it would be quite a pleasure.
It's simple. The man is half irish, half African(zimbabwean) ethnically. But is culturally and civicly irish. That clears up the confusion. Ireland still, is for the 'IRISH'. Not to invalidate this man. But this country is racially, culturally, the legacy of the native irish, who happen to be white. Post modern thinking makes thinking haaaard.
Sorry but just because someone is black and lives in ireland doesnt mean they are irish., irish are the natives of ireland only and are a indo- European people. If your black in china and claim yourself chinese for example, all the chinese would just laugh their ass off.
Wow then all Americans need to go home. Please send a memo.
No I'm completely Irish in heritage and I'm white . I'm tellin ye now he's Irish he was born here his ancestors wearnt but some where . Just because he's black he's still Irish
@@amyqb117 Aussies, Kiwis and white South Africans need to go home too. The descendants of the Irish that fled to america during the blight can f off back to potato land too.

these videos are so insightful and crucial to the development of irish society.
You mean the replacement of Irish people? Poor Michael Collins would be disgusted.
@@MrBooYa-yd5er replace who? Irish people sitll make up 99% of the country and will ocntinue to be this way for a long time
@@bleeem I hope so but I’ve heard different.
This man is a good person. God bless him!!
Wonderful. Thank you for posting this. The human race is one family.
Lovely man. Kudos to his adoptive parents! ❤
I'm glad that this worked out for you. I was adopted and my parents loved me, but the rest of the adopted family hated me and made it known everyday that I was black and I was adopted! Now 50 years later after both of their deaths, I wish I would have been left in a foster home to rot and die because I still don't have any family so what was the point?
Damn, that's pretty sad
@@awfan221 I know
@@spellbindah Late comment, but please love yourself. Those “family” members aren't your real family. Family is people who care about you. As someone who's also lost loved ones those good memories they gave us will always be special. The fact that you got to be happy with them for any period is something to cherish.
There are so many good people out there who will not judge you based on race. I am a black/Hispanic man, and I've faced racism, but I've also faced tons of love. Sorry for the long comment, I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone, and that I'm rooting for you.
You can be Irish if you have Irish ancestry and born in the island of Ireland.
What I don’t like is the New Irish especially Nigerians claiming they are Irish because they are bl Ron here. Same with Poles. Sorry you are not.
You are a positive man.
Your heart tells you where you belong thats it , Philip Lynott , kevin Sharkey , Ruth Negga Paul McGrath Chris Houghton are as Irish as the rest of us ,
I'm Black American and my great great grandfather was half Irish. And although I'm Black, I've always felt this sort of link with Ireland. And it's good to see people kinda like me in Ireland!
An amazing story
A lovely guy and his children are just beautiful.
on your way lads
I am a black Irish as well ♡
Marry black and make ireland eat them words! They need dark enriched colors over there. Best of luck sis!👐👐👏👏
@@karojas06 what does that even mean mate???
@@karojas06 Disgusting. Imagine someone saying that about Africa - needing enriched colors. If you don't care for the race of the people around you, go somewhere that you do. I guarantee no one will miss you.
Are you white Irish as well??
@@davidmarkus3594 Tech. a white irish would be a Caucasian Irish...which i am only half of.
This is fascinating for some reason lol like yeah there's black Irish I've met some but like his accent is way stronger
@A M why would the resources that you purchase from Africa have to do with anything?
@A M okay even if they're extorting the product what does it have to do with what you're originally talking about?
@A M that's not true.
@A M Tell me how that's true?
Very positive outlook
What a wonderful soul this man is
As Irish as myself ❤ my brother Jeff Keogh
The racism in these comments is disgusting. I hope all of you grow up past it one day. You can be better than this.

Ive never met a racist Irish person in my life... Im mixed race and Irish people are always the first be nice to me... im surprised he said theres racism in Ireland
I’m white so I can’t really argue with you but definitely a lot of more rural places in Ireland would be slightly more conservative or regressive in a sense
