    FREDDIE FOREVER

  • @kendallneason3645

    Freddie was a fan of Elvis, Aretha Franklin, Jimmy Hendrix, John Lennon, George Harrison, and even good friends with Michael Jackson who loved Freddie’s voice and convinced the band to release Another One Bites the Dust. His favorite singer was opera soprano Monserrat Caballe who he did the album Barcelona with mixing rock and opera beautifully. Such a legend. I miss seeing him with Queen live. He and his stylist designed his outfit based on Spanish opera military costumes - Freddie’s idea. They knew how to put on a show like no one else I’ve ever seen in 50 years.

    I love the way they all watch each other so closely to change up anything or just to end beautifully in unison...Roger's said it was always constant eye contact.

    Please react to INNUENDO, the most underrated Queen Song. I don’t see a lot of people react to this song, somebody couldn’t pronounce the name right. I hope you could take this challenge .

    Elvis was Freddie’s idol. The song Crazy Little Thing Called Love is a tribute to him

    Dr. Brian May (lead guitar) is currently at home recovering from a heart attack.
    He became an astro-physicist after the end of Queen. He still loves to be among the stars!

    Cool reaction, please check out Play The Game or Under Pressure live at the Bowl Milton Keynes 1982. Milton Keynes is very underrated no one reacts to it, and it is one of Queen's best filmed shows. Check out The White Queen live at the Hammersmith Odeon 1975 or Ogre Battle live at the Hammersmith Odeon 1975 it is one of the first thrash metal songs.

    As some beloved queen fans mentioned in the comments, Freddie's voice is tired at this night and the next (2 Wembley shows)
    That's mostly bcoz of one month constant touring
    If audio quality doesn't matter to you(for most queen fans it doesn't) you can hear some bootlegs
    Bootlegs are audience recordings of shows which were not released officially, the audio quality is not the best but when u hear Freddie's voice in it's best form, it wouldn't matter for you.
    If you can, Pls react to the same song in Leiden 1986

    The clapping delay you mention might be due to sound delay ;) I'm sure everyone did clap in time with the great Freddie ;)

    Prefer the Saturday night version 12 July 1986. By the way it was cool on the Friday night and rained.

    I love this performance even though as Riccardo mentions in the comments Freddie’s voice is kinda tired for these 2 shows. It doesn’t matter though bc they always put on a great show.

    I forgot to mention that the wembley's version of One Vision (the one posted on the official queen channel) os overdubbed (he sang in the studio parts where he messed up live to cover mistakes) here's the not overdubbed version, as I said, not his best performance. th-cam.com/video/Ws2dtlmCNMQ/w-d-xo.html

    Yes, 72,000 people *may* be clapping on beat, but it takes fractions of a second for the sound to travel so it comes back distorted. LOL Listen to the band! I know you can do it. Thanks!!! The more I watch these videos the more I couldn't care less about being there. It's a blessing to see them perform over and over, through different moods, for fun or support. There's so much mundane sh*t going on at a concert... no thanks, I'm good - cause I've got some LOUD speakers hahaha

  • @matt47110815
    @matt47110815 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    The Audience was not rhythmically impaired!
    The clapping is a bit off, due to the Audio Setup, reverb and huge Space.
    It becomes even more noticeable when, during the same Concert, the Audience participates with Songs (Love of my Life, We will rock you, etc.).

  • @rickysld
    @rickysld 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    Does the audio and video quality matter to you? Many of the best Freddie's performances are not officially released and they've been recorded by the audience. Try to listen to One Vision live in leiden 1986 ( th-cam.com/video/X_c7aZAx3wM/w-d-xo.html ). As I said, the audio quality is not the best but Freddie is in top shape and he completely nails the song. Live at Wembley is not a good concert in the magic tour, Freddie's voice is tired. If you listen to the wembley's version of the song, you're going to notice it by yourself.

      For a true queen fan, it shouldn't
      I heard it like thousand times and i still get chills
      If he gets in the bootleg world
      He would hear tons of things he wouldn't if he sticks to official releases and see only one side of queen and Freddie (especially)
