Nice video! However I'd say it's really dangerous for most people to fill up their blender with so much hot soup. Very likely the steam will blow the top off and they get scalded, or in the best case scenario, have a lot of cleaning up to do. Maybe mention it next time or do smaller batches 😊
This was imported South American garlic. It's one of my favourites to use as the bulbs are very large and much easier to peel than local Australian garlic.

Can we substitute any other type of oil for olive oil? And can we use mayonnaise instead of cream ????
You can use any fat to make the garlic confit but olive oil is the tastiest! I’m not sure about Mayo tasting nice over cream but it could work!
