This Thermomix fried rice doesn't even look tasty, let's be honest! people who really appreciate a delicious fried rice know it very well! anyway, it doesn't mean that thermomix is not good. we just can't pretend and force that it can make better wok's fried rice... unless, if you're really dumb to use a wok properly... LOL
I don't think any great chef would disagree with you that wok fried rice would be better than thermomix Fried rice. However I am looking to educate a broader and modern generation to cook at home without a wok.

You should air the rice for 2 hours so it won't be soggy. No need to use overnight rice.
