This resource is truly remarkable! I've explored numerous videos that primarily delve into the theoretical aspects, but this video masterfully demonstrates the application of project management in real-life scenarios.
Excellent list - thank you very much. One addition, if I may, is that a project manager needs to update skills just like a programmer or like people in other fields.
I am completing my Master of Science in Information Technology by December 2014; I 've been employed as a Telecommunication Specialist for the past 14 years, I've got the Technical Skills part of the Project Manager's skills ok, but a little lack on the Behavioral part-mainly in the Leadership. I am sure Graduate School courses on Leadership will guide me through on that. Since all job position ask for experience in Project Managing and I've not gotten any yet, how can I gain some practical knowledge on project management?
I take Project Management Techniques course ( course Duration =1 year in cegap de la gas pasie college) please tell me this course is good for my career. Please tell me Ma'am.
Project Management really is an art and science. Loved how you broke the skills out into behavioral and technical. Thanks for a great video, cheers!
Thanks for the kind words!

After 27 years on the floor and 55 ,its time that I take it to a new level . If I can be a Toyota leadman , an "I can " attitude is all it takes.
Excellent list - thank you very much.
