They need to change their own way of farming. I.e. conventional way. Everyone is sowing wheat and paddy. If you want to earn a living by farming, you must adapt new farming techniques like multi layer farming, drip irrigation, organic fertilizer, etc. And all of these are in reach of farmers being big or small. One must come out of conventional farming mode and adapt new farming models.
