In my case some one taped the complaint to my front door. the county clerk did not list my answer on the minutes and the judge ruled with out considering my answer .the referee stated they paid the property taxes when in fact i payed the taxes , and the judge struck down my motion to reargue .they don't have the note , the contract states the holder of the note has authority to negotiate I have not seen the original note and do not recognize the criminals stealing my home .Extortion racketeering and grand larceny. The dishonorable Howard h. Heckman jr of the corrupt Suffolk county supreme court didn't have the balls to sign his corrupt decision .
In Canada a conman wouldn't answer his door because he knew the police were trying to give him a summons. So they mailed it to him with deceiving packaging. The packaging was eye catching and colorful with big letters saying "You've won the prize!!!" and of course being a greedy conman he opened it without hesitation. Is this legal?
