      How to clean background and color in photoshop

    • @HaasHouse
      @HaasHouse  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@caseyq.2524 Hey, this was an easy edit. I colored this in Capture 1 but you could use Camera RAW in photoshop. I use the white bg to color pick my white balance then do a few minor tweaks pushing shads/mids/highs. Just make sure you pay attn to your histogram and you're not losing detail. After that I remove any imperfections with the healing brush and clone stamp. Clean up the product. Then dodge/burn everything to make it pop.

      Hey Chris, I use an AD400 and three AD200. I know what you mean about the SL60 I still have one laying around. If you want to stick with continuous light the Godox VL300 is a beast for product photography/video

    Thank you soooo much for sharing the set up, I wanted to ask you when it comes to setting the light what are the settings ?and by that I mean what number does the fill light and the key light have (referring to the number of light intensity) like is the fill light 4 and the key light 9, ( picked the numbers randomly) i basically asking how do you coordinate the intensity of the lights. I hope this wasn't confusing xD

    • @HaasHouse
      @HaasHouse  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Corina, that makes total sense - it's never the same. But as a general rule my fill light is a stop below my key. There are a lot of setups where it varies. Just worry about building you scene with your fill light FIRST. Get a nice evenly lit scene - just enough to fill in the shadows. Then add your key. If your fill is too bright, it'll act like a key and you lose the purpose of a two light setup. Hope that helps!
