This is the structure we must follow.

Patient Card:
1. Medical condition will be given
2. Setting will be mentioned: such as Hospital ward, Community center, and so on.
3. Task: Usually 3-4 tasks will be given and we have to identify what is the task.
Nurse Card:
Skim and scan the nurse's card
