If someone come to your property/house and dont leave after you have say it to him 1 times its trespass, after the 3rd time you got the right to defend your self and your property, this includes also to use a weapon!

I did an actual notice of criminal trespass against the sheriff here.....Even the sheriff himself came to the property line......to talk to me about it.

This is not only why you don't open the door for cops, you also don't have a door that opens swinging towards the outside. It's a lot harder to block a door that you can push close as oppose to pull close, additionally he would actually need to cross the threshold of your home in order to block the door making your case that much stronger.

I live in Polk County and they do not leave when told too. I will testify to that. I have no criminal record.
There is a remedy for harboring once they obtain a warrant and prove the accusation. Policing requires a level of strategy and patience. What’s happening here is coercion and ignorance.
They had a strategy. Did you see white cop brace himself with his legs as soon as homeowner said he was shutting the door? Black cop was ready to jump on him as soon as the door touched white cop’s boots.

As far as their arrest warrant goes without them having physically seen that person that they have a warrant for in that Resident they have no probable cause to search it.

When a cop crosses your threshold, close the door VERY VERY Slowly! Give him every opportunity to remove himself from danger. Take two minutes to slowly, gently, purposefully create the privacy our constitution affords you.
I have seen this nonsense of the cop's putting a foot in the doorway a lot. I think that I would, rather than take a chance on 'assault of an officers foot', get a chair and just sit and wait away from the door watching the officer to see if he will dare come in without a warrant.

I remember watching the original. Incidents like these make me so angry. It leaves me asking, "who do you call when you can't get the POLICE to leave your property?!?!" The homeowner said, "I have all night." NOOOOO!!!! That's not okay. It's YOUR property but you have less authority than a stranger who's violating the law?! It's sickening. There needs to be punishment that's swift, strong and sends a message. I'm in Florida. I'm planning to follow up on this.

Don’t open the door. Don’t talk to and especially don’t argue with the cops. Absolutely do not follow their orders to call a supervisor or they’ll use it to twist you up - as they did in this example. The homeowner knows his rights however, he will benefit from learning the Law too. Never act in dishonour (such as arguing/abusing the cops) because it’s already tough to beat the system and that makes it way harder 👍🏻

I been trying to tell folks about Grady since I been in Florida. Just because he goes on TV and smiles a lot, folks savor the flavor of his boots.
The deputies involved with this need to be FIRED and brought up on charges of harassment and kidnapping, but it won't happen. Which is why reasonable people do not trust or respect cops.
Not that I would open my door for cops but even if I did I still have an iron security door in between us....Never open the door for cops
