I agree ... It really angers me when people say others are being treated like animals . In my mind , no life belongs in a cage and being totally dependent upon others . Animals shouldn't be caged in zoos and should be allowed to experience life in their natural habitat with its risks and joys , just as humans should be allowed freedom... though violent ones who are detirmined to harm or kill others should be kept away from society for their sake and ours . As a US citizen who can barely trust whatsoever, I realize governments and those elected don’t necessarily speak for the masses.
I have so many questions on who is truly responsible for getting these hostages out? Who is not offering a cease fire, or similar to negotiate? I agree, if the Red Cross cannot or will not not assure the remaining hostages are safe, getting needed care, they need to stand up, and be honest.
