When I lived in Spain the locals taught us how to roast carabata/pumpkin they used only the base of the pumpkin as apparently thats where the best flavour is Great video my friend
I love this video because of a lot of different peaceful scenery shot at the river drinking a nice beverage and shots during sunset and sundown the campfire and the cooking and the morning sunrise

Hello from Ontario, Canada! I just discovered your channel a few weeks ago. I'm really loving it, especially your unpretentious approach to everything. I'm 55 and I've been camping for most of my life and the solo outing in a hot tent in Autumn and Winter are my favorites. Over here it's not rare that we reach -30°+ Celsius in winter, so yeah it's pretty hardcore. Right now in early November it's already -10° at night and I love it. It's interesting for me to watch how you set up your camps, being a very different climate and fauna. Just the fact that we have to deal with different bears on top of wolves and coyotes is a prime example of some differences. But yet, there's a ton of similarities. Keep up the good work, cheers 🍻
