This animation took me butt tons of time, so i hope it was worth it.
After this my uploading schedule will change a lot, because my second daughter is almost prepared to get born.
Of course i'll do what i can, to deliver uploads and take care of my daughters.

are the other devourers surprised how he killed atmosphere and gonna retreat or is norway bohemia just realizes that theres a lot more
The last part could be very much based on the view of the viewer, you named two possible scenarios out of hundred or more.
By my view, Devourers are shocked, to see their leader get killed, so their approach to this is to try and fight on even though their strongest fighter died.
But since N-B has it power in great control, even outnumbered, he can’t lose.

So… does Norway-Bohemia win against them and fully exterminetes them (and takes full control of the planet as everyone else is dead) or do they still lose in the very final scene when they’re in a 1vs6 ?
Take a note that Atmosphere himself is way stronger than most of his race, as Norway-Bohemia found out the weakness, there's no stopping them, and not everyone are dead.

Bulgaria wasn't turned into pieces because we can see him during 2:45 and after that the smoke just covers him. Montenegro and Albania weren't even seen here so they are probably alive while Greenland is just anarchist. ( Except if the anarchists were actually devourers looking like anarchists so that Norway - Bohemia doesn't think that something sus is going on )
Edit: Oops I forgot Switzerland.
Albania and Greenland got overran, there is chance of survivors however.

Idea: Norway looks conquers back the rest of the world, then other worlds, just like infinity ultron in marvels what if show. I think that it should continue, and end dark.
