Regardless of the decisions you made or could not make, the honesty in admitting the real situation is what make you great. IAS/IPS and officers selected through UPSC are over rated... The key question is training and exposures and even state service officers can perform much better if given a proper platform.

IPS officers behave like British masters. The policemen solute them. Sad to see that. Instead of servicing the masses, policemen serve the IPS officers. Rotten system.
