- This video was filmed in Moscow and it's a chiropractic adjustments tutorial. The specialist's name is Oleg Goodwin (inst @massage_training_a_top) and it's my second visit to him. This video is a part of the session which included a strong back massage and chiropractic adjustments. During the video Oleg is describing what he is doing, explaining everything in detail and sharing interesting, educational information with us.
In this video you can find a lot of cracks: loud neck cracks, back, shoulder cracks etc.

When I was visiting Moscow I went to the same guy following the first video of Timur. The chiropractor is pretty rough, few times I was a bit scared and in the end had to ask him not to go too hard. Otherwise I felt really good after the session. He also admitted that after Timur realesed the first video, he, all of a sudden, got a massive flow of new clients and calls.

До манипуляций. И со снимком к костоправу. Моя всегда смотрела снимок, не будучи врачом и абсолютно верно всё говорила. А насчёт врачей, то их почти нет. Племяннику мужа не могли открытый туберкулёз по снимку диагностировать.
Калечит людей ваш Тимур. После такого "лечения" люди остаются калеками.

Yeah, i'm surprised he lets people adjust his feet, i think he said he has some issues with one of them after something happened, can't remember what.

I would trust this man more than I would a lot of chiros here in the US. I would go to this man to get a good, full adjustment. The guy with the wooden blocks and mallet I would pass on.

This is the most dexterous chiropractor in the world. And he’s right, most chiro’s in the western world js incantate the same manipulations in all their patients, Oleg Goodwin has a motley of ways to jangle the joints and most of all he rudders the human anatomy. I fucking love him and thanks timur for reneging a visit. You can tell by the way he works, he has love and this his votive, to relieve people off of their pain. I fucking love him 🔥🔥

@@sphinx3749 Stereotypes do have a hint of truth to them, exaggerated yes, but still holds some truth. Chiros in the West often go through multiple patients who have longterm issues who need a thorough exam and adjustments but they just do basic and quick work so they can get to the next one asap and often result in no differences or in some cases making it worse because it wasn't the treatment the patient needed.

That was intensely amazing! I’m American 🇺🇸 and I have an American chiropractor. He does have his routine adjustments. He will taylor his approach with specific concerns discussed. I definitely have questions for him. Especially with my fingers going numb when I sleep with my neck in a certain position.
It’s really interesting that you mentioned certain fingers going numb in relation to C5, C6, & C7.

The one adjustment I would be concerned about is the one that happens around 9. Too many variables. It's not controlled when you're pushing down on the neck like that. This could also make the person tense up and cause issues. So ya lol not my favorite. Other than that though.
