If you watch a few of my other videos she is out. :) I’ve explained why she is typically in her cage when I film, and it’s because Africans grey parrots are “one people birds”. They pick one person who they prefer and don’t really like to go by anyone else. Nalah has picked Gio. When I film, 99% of the time Gio is at work and since Nalah doesn’t prefer me, I can actually cause her more stress by forcing her to let me handle her just to include her in a video. I try to respect her boundaries best I can. But yes, she does come out of the cage. ❤️
Well thats not very nice to assume! We literally see 20 minutes out of 24 hrs in a day! lol How would you know what Steph does with her animals the other 23 hrs and 40 minutes of the day? Steph seems like a person who wouldn't even hurt a fly let alone abuse/neglect an animal! Lol So your comment wasnt very nice.. You could of worded it differently and say.. Hey does she ever come out? We never see her very much! Not accuse Steph of leaving her in the cage 24/7 and your concerned for her own animals you know absolutely nothing about! Next time think before you speak bc that wasnt nice to say/accuse/assume about this extremly loving caring family!
Oh also I would just like to say.. Have you seen what they feed her?? That bird eats better then i do!! I would highly highly doubt they would take that good care of her just to then neglect her and leave her locked away 24/7 lol That's just dumb to even think thats whats even going on.. My daughter (who is more typical, but has EDS, a connective tissues disorder, and MCAS, an allergic disorder) was born with tortichollis. We found a specialized paediatric chiropractor, after several other therapies. It was wonderful, and she loved it. She was much littler, and over time it was gone, and her head rounded back out). It was utterly terrifying at first, but finding someone with the additional training made us much more comfortable. And it worked like magic. She was a different child after the first treatment, slept through the night.

Would a travel pillow help his neck or anything? I actually was diagnosed with that condition as a baby. My mum thought it was weird that i only ever put my head to one side in the crib. I also want to add that Nala seems like the most luckiest parrot! Her cage is big and fun and she gets such good food and everything!
Yes, he will always be like this and no, he won’t get better. Seems sad to put this child through all these painful procedures. Veritable torture. He’s 6 years old. His parents love him and believe they are doing the right thing. Not my business.

It was sourdough bread, I put a little mayo on it and toasted it on the pan! And then deli chicken breast, avocado, onion and cilantro! It was soo good lol.

I'm enjoying your story, channel, love and dedication.... Yet, I often find myself thinking about Sebastian playing, learning, and stimulating himself.... Does he have toys to grasp, chew on, squeeze, noise makers.....Toys that give him reinforcement from his effort of touching/grasping? It would be amazing to see him stimulated by chewing on a crinkle book, hitting a toy that lights up or makes a noise when he hit it.... Just curious.....?

Nala cracks me up. It's fun to hear her making noise and try talking to you. And the wisal at the end of the video that was cute. Sebastian looks so good. Such a happy little man. And gotta love the Zeus. Beautiful pup he is. It's been a joy to be able to watch and follow your journey.
Try doing some light massage on the side that is more tense. Source- I volunteered with a class of severely disabled students (mainly affected by cerebral palsy) and the one student that the teachers and therapists (OT&PT) had me work with the most had some issues with the muscle control of her neck and when the teachers and/or therapists would position her in front of me so I was able to provide her trunk control with mine, I was then able to massage her neck lightly to encourage her to keep her head upright and neck straight. The method I had was that as she kept her head upright and neck straight she would get slightly more pressure from my finger tips and less pressure when she would let her head fall forward. And through working with her I learned that she enjoyed the increased pressure from my fingertips that I didn't move forward or back (only up and down along her spinal column) so she was the one who effectively controlled the pressure from my fingertips. This way she became aware that she was able to control the pressure of the massage.
Looks like his surgery has helped with his appetite!!! I wonder if that’s why he’s eating and gaining weight know because it helped!!! Just good to see him getting to his old self and personality coming back!!!
Or you can find a glass jar not big one get some wicks melt your wax put wick in the middle pour wax inside jar I wrap the extra wick around a spoon then put the wick in the middle using the spoon to balance on jar keeping your wick in the middle

I'm enjoying your story, channel, love and dedication.... Yet, I often find myself thinking about Sebastian playing, learning, and stimulating himself.... Does he have toys to grasp, chew on, squeeze, noise makers.....Toys that give him reinforcement from his effort of touching/grasping? It would be amazing to see him stimulated by chewing on a crinkle book, hitting a toy that lights up or makes a noise when he hit it.... Just curious.....?

Source- I volunteered with a class of severely disabled students (mainly affected by cerebral palsy) and the one student that the teachers and therapists (OT&PT) had me work with the most had some issues with the muscle control of her neck and when the teachers and/or therapists would position her in front of me so I was able to provide her trunk control with mine, I was then able to massage her neck lightly to encourage her to keep her head upright and neck straight. The method I had was that as she kept her head upright and neck straight she would get slightly more pressure from my finger tips and less pressure when she would let her head fall forward. And through working with her I learned that she enjoyed the increased pressure from my fingertips that I didn't move forward or back (only up and down along her spinal column) so she was the one who effectively controlled the pressure from my fingertips. This way she became aware that she was able to control the pressure of the massage.
