Interesting. I love the yellow green ones!. Prehnite also can often form pseudomorphs after Laumontite which often forms these hollow sticks or fingers. Prehnite can also be golden yellow and purple. Prehnite can rarely have a cat's eye chatoyancy. And even rarer, Asterism. Anyway, awesome video and I love the history of Prehnite :) 💚💛💙🧡🤍💜
i collect crystals and a month ago i got this cluster of raw prehnite with 3 balls on it and i call it my caterpillar cuz it literally looks like one. i have a tower of prehnite too!

I just bought a faceted "peridot" (as labeled) and suspected it wasn't one but the unusual color compelled me to buy it anyway. A little searching lead me to prehnite, and I'm happy to have one now! It has a beautiful, lime-yellow hue, and "waxy" is the perfect description for its luster.
A while ago, I bought a necklace with a small prehnite cabochon because I liked the moonlight color. I was so surprised to be on a walk and see the raw stone in the dirt. Thanks for the tour of its different formations, it is really an interesting mineral.
