Love Todi!! Visited for the first time earlier this year - it’s a magical town. Great price points on those properties, too … and so many other great towns and villages to see in the area, too. Todi has definitely been on ‘our list’!
WOW!! I love the main home so much! So much character right there. The location is perfect - so close to Tuscany & so well connected to other regions too. This home almost made me cry - it's a REALLY good one. Great work once again guys! I'm now going to watch it again on a bigger smart TV screen - this small laptop doesn't do it justice. Those puppies looked like Maremma pups - guardians of livestock. They looked so cute, small & gorgeous in this video - they grow really huge! Just beautiful. The 1st OMW was very lovely too. Dreaming like a silly woman here ...... but you gotta have dreams, otherwise life can be very ordinary. Thank you beautiful Jamie & B - love & appreciate your hard work always. Dang, that 2nd apartment really tugs on the heartstrings. It has wonderful character and is priced very well. I can see why you seriously considered it. If I was ready to move today, I'd give that a hard look. But yes, ultimately, I'd probably insist on a terrace or HHT, too.

I've mostly committed myself to Umbria - it's my favorite region (and I've seen 19/20 so far); well kept, not too touristy, very central, and the chocolate capital of IT. Also, Todi is pronounced "TOE-dee".
