Crazy how much this show can make you feel for Thors in only 4 episodes!! Glad y’all caught onto Askeladd’s respect for Thors as well, he’s a sneaky bastard but real recognizes real 🫡
I'm glad you guys are loving this. This is definitely one of my favorites in all the shows airing right now. Also, I think most people agree that Askeladd did mean what he said when he asked Thors to be their leader. It was a long deliberate pause focusing on their expression. Askeladd looked dead serious and then after a long silence of Thors not answering, his expression looked dark and honestly, disappointed. Then he suddenly declares it was a joke. Thors earned his utmost respect and honored his death by actually letting everyone else go. That coming from a pirate who schemes and knows his way around trickery.
So glad you guys are enjoying the show Vinland is truly a masterpiece. I remember when this show came out it came out during Demon slayer and I was so much more obsessed with Vineland than Demon slayer nothing wrong DS but Vinland hits different I’m definitely going tune in to every video . Also great discussion too u guys really catch things on even when your guys are wrong you correct yourselves 👍
Askelad didnt joke about Thors becoming their leader, but once he noticed Thors wont accept it, he played it into a "joke" so his men wont think he is weak.
I really love Vinland Saga! Thorfin really reminded me of Eren. You could see all that hate and anger in his eyes. Its crazy how Thorfin is about to learn from the person that killed his dad. I've never seen an anime quite like this one. Thor's deserved better😢.
it's all Thorfin's fault in the first place.. if he can stay back with the group, maybe Thor still alive.. we can't do anything after all, the plot will not working if this not happen.. the author choose the hardest way to make the MC grows with anger..

Thors deserved none of that. Shows about Vikings are automatic watches in my opinion.

The only time we will watch the Dub version is if we are told ahead of time that the show has a really good Dub and is recommended
There are 2 dubs for vinland. One is great one is shit
