Architects and designers should appear more frequently in these videos - they can speak about their projects in really meaningfull and professional way. Very interesting house with an excellet taste (finally!).

I prefer they get out of the way and let the house speak for itself, especially if they're prone to talking in new-age real estate babble.

@@tyrellcobb4665 In my opinion, a house tour guided by an architect is still 1000% more meaningfull than those ones by tacky real estate agents. Designers know about their projects a lot more. And this particular house speaks for itself, even without any voice - it has a strong, modern line, beautiful natural materials and all rooms are complementing each other very well.

It’s in the Valley. Not nearly as prime real estate as the city, e.g. Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, etc. Probably would cost twice as much in those areas.

EXQUISITE. The materiality, the detailing and my god the execution - it’s a work of art. I almost have no words. Thank you for giving the architect the opportunity to articulate the incredible thought and effort that went into the design. It is hard for those not educated in design to understand how and why excellent design works and he made it accessible. This home and that Ecclestone atrocity could not be further apart. This home is very masculine. Which I love. I'm actually not a fan of so much marble, especially dark marble throughout but I love how it's texturized. The theatre is spectacular, the furniture was too dark but that's staging, again more masculine but the bones of it is superb, especially the bar stone. I would've love to see the bar stone incorporated in the kitchen. The wellness center is a dream. I always wanted in my dream home a clear walkway to my master completely separate. The Bathroom is perfection not a fan of the lights but that's just my personal taste, it fits the home however. The only thing I would want with a 26 million dollar home is a bigger atrium space, the bonsai tree is beautiful but I wouldn't love that space to be bigger, I also would love a smaller plunge pool outside the master, "A spool". Beautiful home nonetheless, will be one lucky buyer.
