Hi :) I`m Iulia, I created this video to share my passion for architecture and interior design and enjoy with you one of the most stunning works in architecture and interior design: Impressive Modernist Glass-Walled Luxury Residence in Montecito, CA, USA (by Steve Hermann)
I entirely created this video, primarily using the editing programs Quick GoPro, Windows Movie Maker and of course Photoshop. In order to edit this project presentation I used intro, overlayed images, used juxtapositions, transitions, parallels, that are drawn between different clips to deliver the original narrative of the video in a transformative manner that falls under Fair Use and provides unique value to my viewers. I also watermarked the video and used royalty free music as background sound.
My channel is focused on creating content with the purpose of showing you and exploring with you the world's most extraordinary and inspiring luxury homes, bringing you quality edited design projects video presentations. Featuring architectural design projects, interior design ideas & decor.
The house is a rethinking structure inside of innovation. It is a benchmark building that sets the bar in respect to what innovation is and can be. All through the most recent century there has been a couple of incredible structures that characterized innovation and roused an era to envision what is conceivable inside of construction modeling as well as a general public all in all. Mies Van Der Roh’s Barcelona Pavilion and Farnsworth house, and in addition Phillip Johnson’s glass house were these kind of characterizing structures. Man! I mean I am sold. Madly so! What a study on minimalism and smoothest surfaces and usage of glass panes (architecturally) . This kind of house allows for almost everything to go with it, as far as decoration and equipment goes. To me this is the canvass, and you can then do the internal paintings, adding bits and pieces (furniture, carpets, paintings) here and there.
A fantastic home I aspire to acquire as an emerging multimillionaire.

If you've become familiar with cutting-edge-envisioned houses in Greater LA, certainly you've heard of Steve- his talents and imagination are in a class all their own. He never subscribed to any particular architectural school of thought, being that he was entirely self-taught: this means that your vision receives pure interpretation from a design artist without any preconceived notions getting in the way. You'll certainly appreciate this one, Steve's postmodern masterwork in Montecito: Mid $20M's.

It’s a lot more than just a dream
I love the style… Every single angle is beautifully thought out. What a magnificent contemporary home! I designed an interior of a friend of mine a few years ago in Woodland Hills that had technically the same fireplace and I use the same furniture and I applied a Brazilian marble on the wall and as a centerpiece in itself. And having a glimpse of an elephant in one of the bedrooms on the TV… The bathroom also looks eerily similar to the one I designed for him… With cement finish and a beautiful gray soft gray tones… Anyway.... I think I can be best friends with this family LOL impeccable design impeccable feel...
If I have only one thing against this design it is its size. It seems to be for 5000 ft.² residence - unless there are seven people living there is no justification for its proportions. Otherwise the design is magnificent! ❤️❤️❤️.

Yes- I can see the similarities ..
more like stretched Farnsworth house….😂Compared to the Farnsworth house - this is massive a lot more lavish and that’s not necessarily good. I do like the seamless continuation of the living room and the patio. But yeah I could see that just at the Farnsworth house was plan to be 1800 ft.² and elevated above 62 feet of 3 feet can’t remember due to the riding waters -
This one seems to be placed in a very stable ground.

Certainly impressive engineering getting the catalevers to work on the roof etc. The proportion and choice of materials has a real confidence about it, even simple devices like the book matching of the stone I thought be a bit chessy at first but work to great effect. The cost and display of the owners wealth I will leave others to address.
