Always love seeing pops! Afterall he is more my age. That is one thing I wish I had... Memories of fishing with my Dad. That would NEVER happen. I had to learn 100% on my own. It has been a very expensive learning process.

I still have the boat that I was raised in. My daddy taught me everything I know about fishing and we still fish out of the same boat. My son fishes out of it with me now. It’s just an old 12 foot John boat. But there are millions of memories.

That's what I love about my area we ain't got a lot of bass up here but we got a lot of different fish mostly trout lots of them and they bite when it's cold, plus we've got crappie, bluegills, sturgeon, salmon, steel head, catfish, and yes some bass but the small mouth seem to be taking over the good large mouth fisheries.
Been fishing last two months with no fish. Yesterday and today they're finally hitting. 8 fish today. Biggest was 3lb 13 oz. Ton of fun. Here in Tulsa Oklahoma
