I'd love to see how they measure and substitute rollers to fit in perfect balance of roundness when the bearing spins. I saw that once and it's pure maestry.

You never band steel against a bearing always use a nylon mallet or lead hammer and you should oil all rollers prior to insertion

The nylon mallet is visible on the table, the rollers are hardened steel, that aluminum rod won't damage anything.
