People have left the ELCA in droves for many more important reasons..............but liturgical music like this doesn't help. Unmelodius and unsingable.

I agree … has no melody and totally unsingable. This is liturgical "rap" music. Everything sung "off-key" and sour-sounding.

I agree also, that is rather unkind. She’s trying her best. She doesn’t have a bad voice. The ELW hymnal was written by someone who dropped ink on a page and expected congregations (most of which are not professional singers) to be able to sing it. It’s all over the place.
