i like how he stood up to imperialism, the great contribution to Haiti. but he lost it with me in the way he look to provoke nations.he deeply divided his country and didn't create an economic atmosphere to make all his reforms permanent.had he build a economic power house to counter the influence of the West i would have loved him but i don't.it is a sad he as died and my heart goes out to him and his family and all the people of Venezuela
I used to watch Al Jazeera regularly, thinking it was somewhat less bias then CCN, BBC, ect. But I stopped watching a couple of years ago, .... this video is proof I did the right thing. Disgusting really .... only tuned in because of Corbyn,
Very quiet here in Caracas, no traffic, the news, and the common consciousness, are of the way to stand united as Venezuelans... People understand this is a difficult transitional time... Many rituals of death (Christian)... Many people are happy there is no more Chavez, and there are also others that are very touch by his death (50/50)...
Chávez dead is more powerful than alive. The rhetoric and charisma will live on as Evita Perón's has, but his regime and its oil will be in the hands of cooler heads advised by the Cuban, Castro brothers. Latin America will never be the same he has given the brown skinned poor a consciousness they never had before.
He is correct though, without critique, there can be no improvement. Whilst Chavez did a great many things which i cause me to recall him with great fondness. He also had many short comings,.
I think what he was insinuating was, that much of the rhetoric spouted by the anti Chavez camp, has proven to be lies. Also their is no such need for the abusive language is there?
he said 'proven american lies' which would mean that the lie's are proven to be so. So you're wrong on that point, but yeah you can't call any criticism on Chavez American lies, that is silly. Also no need to be so rude!!
Only the lord decides how long a tyrant can stay on earth ,death is a sad occasion but in this case it was a means for change from this outdated dictater
better than any other USA politician RIP
I do not know what to think anymore.

Great leader who stood against the American beast.

A social revolution isn't a tea bag party.

The message I got from this video was that Chavez was a good leader, but a bad person.
Yeah quite bias - Considering those decisions have led to the people of Venezuela living in desperate times
