- Our motovlog follows Meg and Cameramen's life on two wheels. We do everything from basic installs, to bike weeks, to touring, to test rides, to riding the greatest roads in America. We look for Big Foot along the way. Our attitude is to make the most out of every moment right now and do everything we are passionate about because tomorrow is never promised. Meg rides a Harley Davidson Low Rider S. Cameraman (Michael- and no he doesn't mind the nickname) rides a Harley Davidson Breakout. We grew up in Westminster, Maryland and continue to live in Maryland in our adult lives. We frequently rides the roads on Carrol County, Frederick County, and Howard County Maryland. We also sell calendars and other channel related merch.
Cameraman and Meg own a car wash company together. Cameraman has been in the car wash industry for over a decade. Meg is also an attorney who owns her own law firm.

I'm impressed you young ladies did a great job.
We just put crash bars on my girls 2020 Softail Slim. She has already used them but I picked it up for her! Not moving fortunately! Sunday I put bags and moved the directionals back. Now she wants a trunk. I am like bring a car if your takin that much with you🤣🤣🤣

Throw them crescent wrenches away I was adjustable wrenches get rid of them get them to use some good solid wrenches Loctite torque wrenches and you might want to have Lauren ride over to my house and I'll help her get her bike fixed haha you girls are doing a wonderful job keep up the good work

always ,always use loc-tite (blue) threadlocker on everything !

The ladies are doing great love Lauren on the channel like us all we learn how to do these things by actually doing them way too go ladies really good job.
Women are so damn impressive. I say that because y’all took on the task and got it done. The most impressive part for me was that they were willing to lay it down right after the install. Love it!!! I will make two suggestions though. Lock tite on the bolts. It will help keeping the bolts tight. Secondly, find out if the bolts need to be tightened to a specific torque. Great video though.

@@maconmiles2057 When I had my Heritage I did installed the full set front and back and it's great yes.
100% The front engine guard will tip the bike back on the pipes.
I like it when Meg takes over and acts like she knows what she is doing. Meg is getting more and more confinement with tuning wrenches. Meg is awsome.

I would put a little lock tite just to make sure the bolts and nuts won't come loose by the vibration just to minimize problems in the future good job 👏 God bless 🙏

You and your best friend did a great job. I agree that the bag guard bars might be a good idea. I have had several soft bag bikes over the years and when they are damaged, there's no touchup paint that can fix them.
Camera man understands his assignment. That is evident every time there is a booty in the air or bent at the waist. He is on top of it. On behalf of all the fellas that enjoy y’all’s videos let me say thx camera man. You always manage to get the best angles. Keep up the good work sir

I'd like to see them try and install the upper and lower GIVI Crash Bars on a Yamaha MT-07 .. GIVI Instructions are next to useless.. and there are all kinds of spacers and large blots to swap out with the shorter OEM bolts.. Then you have to figure out where are the large spacers and washers go and you have to figure out witch bracket goes on first and witch bracket goes on second and secured with the same bolts and where the spacers need to go..

Great job ! 👍 Important to now that probadly the lean-angle sensor prevents the bike from starting again after it's dropped.

Entertaining. I would’ve used an extension on the kickstand side and have someone hold the bike straight up so you would have more room to spin the ratchet.
Haha I did that one time and forgot to put the kickstand out and yep fell to the other side lol.. lucky it was on grass.

Torque wrench , I would remove those mounting bolts and use lock tite on the threads , then torque them down

Michael you got to get him in the habit of using Loctite and torque wrenches those are two very important things on a Harley-Davidson

Fun video guy's. Megan you have tested few different bike's I was wondering how tall are you? I'm 5'7 and shopping bikes.
My much prettier half and I are riding to OC Bikeweek from Florida Tuesday. Since Florida feels like living on the surface of the sun, how's the temperature up there for night riding? Long sleeves? Jacket?
No matter what, for peace of mind, I always put a little blue Loctite on anything I bolt on my bike. Doesn't hurt anything.
I prefer to call it an "engine guard". Maybe get familiar with lock tight for some applications like this or be sure to check the torque of the nuts and bolts periodically.
should use some 242 Loctite.

No Lauren needs to assemble a small tool kit to keep in her saddle bag for roadside repairs.
How I wish I was that motorcycle..
These bolts will rattle loose in no time, use locktight and a torque wrench to do the job right.
