Woohoo shop day! AT82 for moto? That a bold move cotton.😂 Worked fine for me this last weekend. You just jam that rubber around dry? Not even a little hawk tuea
@@Randy_Cox yeah it worked pretty well at moto541, dirt there is hard pack with some loam and wood chips so you kinda ride it like sand, keeping the weight off the front wheel. Honestly nothing is going to work there everywhere so it did well. Held up fine but on just over 1hr on it. And yeah sometimes you just gotta spit on that thing 😂.
@@Randy_Cox the forks were pretty soft on the 24, and now they feel a little stiff, but they will get better with some more break in time, and I’m still adjusting clickers to get them where I want them. Good news is I cased the crap out of a jump and bounced to the bottom without crashing or blowing out my ankles so I say it’s a win. I felt that way on yours as well, like an over jump would be ok. Did not feel that way stock.
@fivetwentythreepov good deal dude. Glad you got it in the safe to rip range. I know what that blowing through bottoming out feels like and it ain't fun.👍
@@riders.oregon4474 I’m definitely planning on it, as it is sitting on the bench already. I haven’t checked clearance but I don’t think it will be an issue, as it would be a major mistake for Kawasaki to now allow for an oring chain on a modern 450. The stock chain is a stretcher and I am adjusting mine every 2rides with 14hrs on the bike. If you can recommend putting an hr meter on, I love them for maintenance reasons and think all bikes should come with them.

@@fivetwentythreepov I meant to ask, how does the stiff fork springs feel? I still have my stock fork springs on mine. I just did the shock.

Are you going to put an oring chain on that thing? I looked at mine and the chain clearance looks real close.
