Love my harsey. Spartan is supposed to be releasing a “budget” line early next year from what i have heard. One is pretty much a g10 SHF and a les george design.
Any tips on how to get it as smooth as you have it while keeping it centered? Mine is extremely stiff (compared to a benchmade) unless i loosen it enough that the blade hits the scales while it closes. Any tips would be great.
I find I grind the pocket clip into the knife scales with full strength grip unless I make an effort to reposition. Could just be my hands, but I feel like the clip could be thicker, sturdier, or otherwise better. I don’t have that issue with other knives. Otherwise I love this knife!

Have one coming next week directly from Spartan Blades in the blue dragon titanium. Great review! I have XXL hands. Is there any issue opening the knife by accidentally exerting too much pressure on the lockbar? I had to return a nice Shirogorov because of that issue. Thanks!
hey there! big fan have been for a few years now! i was hoping to ask you for a huge favor!! i just purchased my first harshey spartan babe folder i cant belive it doesnt have a choil! you mention in this video that you can add a choil! can you please make a video showing how to add a choil to your knife? i have a dremil tool and a presision elite work sharp system as well as the ken onion elite so im sure i have the tools to do it i just dont know how. if you could make a tutorial that would be amazing, Thanks

Yeah I like the Spartan Harsey and this one is a showpiece is it not 😄 there is only one thing wrong and that is, it takes me too long to save up for pieces like this and it comes down to eating or having a new knife (and that’s been on the cards a few times as well let me say 😄) thanks for the video 😊✌️
Hinderer is going to have better action, and has more parts to customize, Harsey is on washers, don't know if that helps at all, you can get a flipper on Hinderer not on Harsey, more options and blade shapes from Hinderer, Harsey is only one aside from scales being engraved
For your really hard use tasks I would recommend the hinderer just because they use the thumb studs as open stop pins and that gives the knife much more lateral rigidity
Wow spartan claims its s35vn is optimized for performance!!! Watch knofejunkie podcast. He explains the extra steps they take to outperform all s35. Idk ????

It might be "heavy" (especially compared to a Hogue Deka 2 or Spyderco Endura), but it's still almost an ounce and half LIGHTER than a Buck 110!!

Maybe it is idk, maybe thats why the burr was hard to remove, i cant say why it was, i can only say that it was a little more difficult that typical
