Water-------------------------- 21/2 c
Salt ------------------------------to taste
For egg masala
Onion ------------------------------- 2
Shallots----------------------------- 8-10
Garlic --------------------------------12
Ginger------------------------------- 1 piece
Green chilli --------------------------5
Kashmiri chilli powder -------------1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -----------------1 tsp
Garam masala--------------------- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder------------------ 1/2 tsp
