Hi I just watched all 43 of your videos in 8 day!!! I really enjoyed watching them. Your strategy used for this puzzle was so fascinating to watch...it looked so satisfying as you worked through the sections systematically. I really liked how the final sections were linked together...😊👌
I did one Impossible many years ago. Box showed little Teddy Bears, looked easy. But the twist was in perspective of the Teddy Bears. As it turns out the bears got bigger and bigger and while there were about 5 basic bears, they each were a slightly different variation of each other as they got bigger and bigger. So, while one bear was made up of 5 pieces in the upper left of the puzzle but by the time you got to the bottom right, 5 pieces made up one eye on one bear. Plus, it turns out that my five extra pieces were also an entire bear so my five were not just totally random that didn't fit with anything. I was not retired back then and could only puzzle for an hour or so in the evening and that puzzle took me a month! I wanted to throw it away SO MANY times but refused to let little bits of cardboard defeat me! I just gritted my teeth and made myself finish it! It was the most time I have ever spent on one puzzle that small. I hated that thing. I kept it assembled for almost a year on its own board just as a motivational tool to show I could finish what I started, no matter how awful the process! I did one more a few years later more like your Mr. Potatoe Head that was rubber ducks and umbrellas going every which way but all the same size at least and no variation in features on the ducks or umbrellas. It was not as tedious as the bears but overall, I don't like them and would not do another one. Thanks for the entertainment. PS I enjoy your commentary and strategy "talk thru" as you puzzle.
Thank you so much. Dang that bear puzzle looks like a nightmare haha. I totally get you. Finishing what you start is something. The satisfaction at the end. Congratulations to you!! Thanks for the nice comment and glad you enjoy the content!
@@JigsawJohnie plus the added difficulty with the teddy bears was NO blank background space between the bears. Just bears bears and more bears. Love your channel, you and Able To Change One are my two favorite puzzlers. Both small channels but trying to get the word out on you both to help YT algorithms.
I have 5 of the Bepuzzled Impossibles and 5 of their mystery puzzles, some old some new. I found the Monopoly the easiest of the Impossibles that I have and I have a monarch butterfly one that I have started 3 times, try to sort for a few minutes and put back in the box, crazy hard! Some of the older Impossibles also have a hidden image that is related to the title of the puzzle.
I also have that feeling that the monopoly would be easier. All the text, the order of the colors. Way more clues than the Mr Potato!. Putting bac a puzzle in the box crossed my mind once or twice when i started the Krypt Silver puzzle haha. I know that feeling!!
In a way, calling it an Impossibles jigsaw is a bit of a misnomer as it is do-able. I did the Monopoly one and actually got out the game board to check the order of the properties. As you found, it is a case of putting together the pattern and then working out which way is up and in what order.
I love a challenge. Can be difficult as long as I do not get frustrated. My most fun impossible puzzle was the Clementoni Minions. You did great with this video, I enjoyed that you explained your strategy in so much detail. Well done!
Thanks for the comment, glad you enjoyed :) I saw that minions puzzle!! I wanted the DC Comics Clementoni Challenge puzzle but I went for the Ravensburger Star Wars instead. It's similar to the minions one. It'S ALL clone troopers for the whole puzzle. I have a feeling it's gonna be my hardest one. Good job on the Minions one, must have been pretty long!
Congrats! That puzzle looks really challenging. Thanks for sharing your experience with it! I recently did the BePuzzled Clue mystery puzzle and really enjoyed it. I hadn't heard of the brand until I got that puzzle.
Hi. Thanks for this video. Great job. I was just telling my friend the other day that next year I plan on doing puzzles that will be challenging like this.
@@JigsawJohnie I might start with my one Escape puzzle from Ravensburger. A couple of the Facebook groups people aren’t too happy with them. So at least I have one in my stash before I see what my ability is.
I think I did an Impossibles once about 20 years ago, but I don't remember the experience at all. I probably had help. I'll have to try another one someday.
It would be interesting to know how the other kind of impossible puzzles that are double sided would be compared to this one you did. I think the double sided would be easier if the pictures are different. If it’s the same picture just turned in a different direction, that would be the hardest I think. Do you think you’ll try one?
You are probably right. I don't know if I'll ever try the double sided ones. I wonder if I would enjoy that... Maybe someday if I really feel like it. That potato head one I actually enjoyed.
Don't be scared haha. I'm sure the Monopoly will be easier because of all the text and the colors. It's still gonna have repeating patterns but at least you'll have more clues to get clusters together. I'm sure it will be a really fun one when you get to put all the parts together at the end!!!
I've been debating about getting an Impossibles puzzle for awhile. I love playing Monopoly and would do that puzzle. I've seen it on ebay. Update: I just bought it on ebay!
@@JigsawJohnie I finished the Impossibles Monopoly puzzle. I can send it to you if you want it. Do you have an email address or Instagram account where we can communicate?

Hi. This puzzle looks difficult. Congrats on completing it.
Thank you :)
I would throw out the extra pieces before I gave it to a friend...lol
lol it's part of the challenge but you are right, pretty good idea!

True. I feel the monopoly would be much easier. Also the color patterns and the text would help a lot

A nice Challenge is de Live puzzle 33600
Have you ever try a wasgij puzzle? You have to use your imagination when doing those ones.
Not yet!! Most likely gonna happen in the future.
I did impossible series from Celementoni it was 1000 pcs and more difficult than this one I recommend you to try one of those series
I knmow the series, I had the DC Comics on my list. I've seen the Minions one too. Maybe there was a Toy Story too? Probably I'll try later :)
