How To Prevent WLtoys ESC From Overheating / Cutting Out!

Overheating WLtoys ESC’s are a common problem. And recently I have done a metal upgrade on my A979-B monster truck. Because of the additional weight the overheating issue turned into a big problem.
So in this video I will show you, how you can easily fix this annoying issue. Yo only need some 0.5mm copper sheet and a soldering iron.

If you still have cutout issues after this modification, check:
- Are the spring contacts on your ESC T-Plug tensioned enough? If not, the result may be bad contact!
- Is the c-rating of your LiPo battery high enough? If your battery becomes very warm during driving, probably not.
