Hey Ruslan, I think a video on historical Christian Universalism would be really cool. I'm a recent convert to universalism, and most videos that disagree with it argue against a big strawman called religious pluralism which is not historical Christian Universalism at all.

I’ve been going to mar Mari’s church since I was a teenager and now I’m 35. He used to call me sweetie all the time I used to run up to him and give him a big hug all I ever felt from him was love from a father to a daughter. He is a gentle loving soul and I hate the slander he has received. He’s just a man who loves Jesus and wants to share that with everyone

Yes me too. I see he truly loves Jesus and his humbleness and live is very sincere and it’s rare to see that in someone teaching these days. I also have some things that I strongly disagree with but we are all flawed and they are not salvation issues I don’t think. One thing I disagree with is he says pets do not go to heaven because they do not have spirits or souls, I can not remember which he said but he said he was sure and I know for a fact they do and it’s not just me wishful thinking. It’s a long story but the night my dog died, I was devastated as I loved her more than most of my family and friends and she helped me through so much in my life but I prayed to God to give me a dream that night answering if she was gone like dust or in heaven, I didn’t sleep that night but God answer my rather in a much better way than I expected like he often does. He actually gave the dream which answered every question I had, to my five ye old daughter who wasn’t even aware our dog died yet. She believed our dog went to an old age home for animals but she said goodbye to her knowing she would not see her again. God have her a very detailed dream where two angels that she said looked very tall and beautiful like women but they were men, guided her and said they wanted her to see Mya, they spoke to her with out using their mouths but she spoke to them with their minds and hearts she said, (my daughter said they just have been myas nurses from the home which is amazing that God was able to give her the message without revealing that Mya passes away, he is so good) Mya couldn’t see my daughter but my daughter could see Mya and she was running and chasing butterflies, she was smiling and panting with her teeth showing and happy and my daughter was shocked to see Mya running because she couldn’t even remember a time Mya could walk with out help since she had a condition where her brain couldn’t send signals to her limbs and I had to use a harness to be her back legs. My daughter asked the angels if she could take Mya home now because she could run and they said no she has to stay with them and she asked if she could go play with Mya and they said no she could not go to that side but she will see her again one day. When my child told me this I was sobbing and so grateful to God because he didn’t have to answer me, but he chose to out of mercy because I was devastated. My child has never dreamnt of our dog since and that was three yrs ago and I know it was God answering my prayer. Someone else mentioned that bishop said when you sin, Jesus turns his back to you until you ask the saints or Mary to ask him to forgive which is beyond ridiculous and I will have to look that up about him before spreading that since I didn’t hear him say it myself but I most definitely do not agree with that and I was raised Catholic but am not any longer

Also the Bible says that there are animals in heaven so why wouldn’t those animals be the ones who passed on earth? If we were able to use animals as temporary sacrifices in OT as a foreshadowing of Jesus ultimate sacrifice, than I think they are close to us in many ways. I don’t believe animals can sin which is probably why they were able to sacrifices so it makes sense they would go to heaven and the Bible says we are given whatever our hearts desire so if someone was very close to a pet on earth and desired they be in heaven with them than it’s no surprise dour God is so loving and merciful that he would make that happen. I couldn’t find a set answer in the Bible which is why I sincerely prayed while broken-hearted after my dog passed and God is close to the Brocken hearted which is why he gave me the answer I was seeking and I was able to move on that day because I know Mya is with the lord and one day I will see her again

The Holy Eucharist was symbolic, When Jesus said "To you I give the keys to the kingdom of heaven, the gates of hell shall not prevail against it."
He was talking about Peter's (little stone) salvation. And the gates of hell shall not prevail against his SOUL, not the church.

They’re excommunicating him over nothing related to his practice, and preaching as a Bishop. Words of endearment in Ireland is also very common, the Priests and Bishops are our spiritual fathers after all. Absolutely nothing done wrong. I do hope that he or his Church after him unites with a larger Communion of Apostolic Churches and that such a Church gives him some leeway, knowing what they are in for. It is not good for a Bishop to be all by himself.
I do not know if the Eastern or Oriental Orthodox would accept him because of his Rite and theologoumenon. I think the Catholic Church would be more willing to accept his Rite and theological formulations (the latter of which the others would likely in large part consider heresy) in many ways, but he would need his own set of rules for being in Communion because I’m not sure he would be able to follow Catholic expectations perfectly either. But I still think he should be recognized and embraced, not spurned.

Paul's confrontation with Peter in Antioch about the judaizer problem ,at an admittedly low point after being beaten, set for the same fate as just happened for James (as many set the timeline for that confrontation). It was not as a lesser confronting a Pope, or vice versa.

@@Fatkidlovecakegood question, to answer ur question about the population thing I would say yes but also, I feel like I have to be careful with how I word this cuz I feel like an Assyrian will attack me for not having the same perspective as them ok so basically the 3 communities that today merge into one is because of our language. today we speak one language we have dialects that r separated into 2 kinds for example eastern Syriac and western Syriac the Assyrian and Chaldeans I think but im not 100% sure I think they speak western Syriac keep in mind that Assyrian and Chaldeans in ancient times I don’t believe they spoke Aramaic there language was called Akkadian and that’s the one today that is extinct, the Arameans today speak eastern the bishop Mari in his church he goes by Assyrian label ethnically but I think he adopted the eastern dialect which is what the Arameans speak, in Assyrian and Chaldean language we say we speak sureth/suryat the Arameans they say they speak suryoyo which is name of the langauge in the langauge if that makes sense. I’ll give u an example of the dialects the Assyrian and Chaldean when they greet someone they say shlama and the Arameans they say schulomo I guess it’s similar to Hebrew greeting. Apart from langauge it’s the history that makes them known for who they are which is there identity the Chaldeans a long time ago were Babylonians Chaldea before that name was Babylon and yes they spoke Assyrian Language at the time and to this day still do so the Assyrians assimilate them into the label Assyrian because of the language but say they r just Catholic today which they weren’t in the ancient times. The Chaldeans don’t like when Assyrians tell them that they r Assyrian because they hold onto what there history is which they wanna say makes them different to Assyrians and Assyrians will say they r prideful because of it, but if they don’t say that they will say but because we spoke the same langauge we don’t know who today is (this is where they bring up ancient history saying who descended from who) Babylonian that we moshed into one people, they bring the whole dna thing into it which I think is stupid in my defence.

I am an Assyrian and fully aware of what really has gone on with Mar Mari, so let me explain in brief. All these 9 points of Accusations are just made up excuses by the Church to remove him from the Church. The real reason behind it is because Mar Mari has a protestant Style of preaching. He is up & close with people, addresses people with every day words, and connects to today's Youth. This is totally unacceptable in all of Orthodoxy Laws. A Bishop in any Orthodox Church must be seen as God-Figure who is hard to approach and must be venerated by his People to the point of Glorifying the Clergymen. Their role is to sit on the throne as Kings and say few words. They can not preach like Street preachers.
    I hope this makes sense.

I am Aramean-Syriac and none of this makes sense to me. Within our Syriac-Orthodox (Oriental) all our aboena's and bishops are very approachable and down to earth with the youth. It is literally a big driver of why our youth is finally going to church again. If we compare that with the millennials generation who were difficult to get into the church because the priests and bishops were very cold. Mar Mari set the new standard for priesthood and it's the future of Christianity.

He came together with the Protestant pastors im australia and New Zealand, and in America. That’s how a lot of us protestants learnt about him. I followed him through the whole pandemic. He gave sermons on the book of revelation which opened up a can of worms l, linking it to the WEF and all the world organisations in regards to one world gov, one world religion and mark of the beast. There’s 40,000 different Protestant sects today, splitting over ancient heresies. There’s been an infiltration of the churches, Taylor Marshall explains in his book infiltration, one example within the Roman rite of the Catholic Church, this began my conversion to Catholicism from being extremely anti Catholic as a Protestant. I started reading Catholic sources, and even if one doesn’t convert, it’s essential to learn our history as Christians, from the church fathers on down. The 7 letters of Saint Ignatius of Antioch is a good start, this man became a priest when Peter ordained him to be one, and then he became Bishop of Antioch, he was a follower of John, and was killed by Lions, thrown in the Roman Colosseum to be killed by beasts. The saints are aware. God interacts with the saints. Their prayers are more worthy than ours; given they have won the race. This is biblical.
      1 Corinthians 13:12
For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.
      Explanation:
This passage is about when we reach heaven, we wont be interacting with Gods love indirectly like the Cave allegory in Plato. We will directly interact with it. It shows that the saints/those who make it to heaven are not only conscious but aware and able to interact with God. The idea is that if we are "face to face" with God in heaven, then saints must be awake and aware.
      -----
      Philippians 2:12
So then, my beloved, obedient as you have always been, not only when I am present but all the more now when I am absent, work out your salvation with fear and trembling
      Explanation:
This verse implies a need for spiritual support beyond yourself. He speaks about the interaction between believers (present and absent) in their immediate community, because we are surrounded by evil (fear and trembling).
      -------
      Hebrews 12:1
Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before u
      Explanation:
"Cloud of witnesses" interacting with us. The idea is that saints are watching us and cheering us on, which implies that they are awake and aware.
      ------
      Revelation 8:3-4
"And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer, and he was given much incense to offer with the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar before the throne of God. And the smoke of the incense rose with the prayers of the saints before God."
      Explanation:
The angel is interceding for the saints and offering prayers to God. It shows rank and hierarchy even in heaven. Those who have won the race are ranked higher than us, and angels are ranked higher than the saints
      ------
      Revelation 5:8
"And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, having each a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints."
      Explanation:
Everyone is very clearly awake and active; furthermore, the elders are interceding in heaven on behalf of the saints presenting their prayers. The elders are sometimes interpreted as the 12 apostles and representatives from the 12 tribes of Israel.
      Revelation 7:13-14
"Then one of the elders addressed me, saying, ‘Who are these, clothed in white robes, and from where have they come?’ And I said to him, ‘Sir, you know.’ And he said to me, ‘These are the ones who have come out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.’"
      Revelation 6:11
"Then they were each given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters, were killed just as they had been."
      Explanation:
The martyrs who have been killed are given a white robe, suggesting their subsequent state of blessedness which shows there is a hierarchy of holiness. I.e some peoples prayers are better than others. Also their presence in heaven and the fact they recieved clothes to put on suggests their continued existence and awareness.

Oh gosh, your read is to see it as Protestant reformation. 7:13 20,000 plus denominations and counting is what happens when reformation leads to constant reiteration and or reimagining of what the “Church” even means, instead of internal reform which is what we are commanded by Christ to be doing.
Meanwhile an Orthodox friend of mine made a staggeringly powerful point defending my Catholic position recently in a debate on Notthebee, the Orthodox Church which split away almost 1,000 years ago still to this day has essentially the exact same beliefs as the modern Catholic Church. If we as Catholics had truly lost the plot, would the Orthodox Church separate from us come to nearly the exact same conclusions theologically?

I have lutheran, Catholic, Baptist, Charismatic, orthodox, and non denom friends and family, and none of them agree completely on this issue. I personally believe genuine believers come from all these traditions, but I'm curious to know your take. Thanks for the great content, as always!

    • @chrisgaddy10
      @chrisgaddy10 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

I'm obviously not Ruslan, but the Bible makes this pretty simple. Christ's baptism is obviously the example. He was baptised by immersion as an adult. When the apostles baptised, they seemed to do it as soon as someone was saved. They would baptise in a place that had sufficient water to baptise in. That's pretty much all the requirements given by the Bible. I'm not saying that someone needs to be 30 years old to be baptised. I assume Jesus waited until he was 30 because that's the age someone would be old enough to be considered a Rabbi. And his baptism was the beginning of his ministry. But, I would say that someone needs to be old enough to understand what they are doing. It should be their decision, just like being saved has to be their decision. And you shouldn't (and can't truly) be baptised until you are saved.

    • @CrimsonModder
      @CrimsonModder หลายเดือนก่อน

@@chrisgaddy10 Right, I was LCMS (Lutheran), but digging deep into scripture found more evidence for the Baptist's point of view. After all, we are saved by faith alone (Ephesians 2, Hebrews 10). Knowing that belief in Christ is all that is needed for salvation, and anything thereafter would be in obedience towards the Word. Personally, I think the LCMS church has confused this topic with their view of the sacraments (which I do not ascribe to anymore), and even as a 6 year old I had qualms about it. It's a great topic to dive into and I believe is one of the deepest rabbit holes to go down, but has strengthened the surety of my faith all the more!
In the end, all you need to know is that it is by belief in Christ alone that anyone may be saved. For He is the propitiation for our sins, and ONLY His sacrifice and belief in Him may we be covered in his Righteousness and saved from eternal separation. Scripture makes this abundantly clear!

    • @chrisgaddy10
      @chrisgaddy10 หลายเดือนก่อน

@CrimsonModder I agree that salvation only comes through Jesus Christ. But I do want to say that a Christian ought to be baptised. So, as we see with the man who is being crucified next to Jesus; a person can be saved and never be baptised, and they will enter paradise. This should be seen as an exception and not a norm. Baptism does not save us. But when we are saved, why would we not be baptised (other than extenuating circumstances)? We should want to obey our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And he says we should be baptised. So, I believe this is something we ought to do. Similar to communion. Communion isn't something that offers salvation, but if we just refuse to take communion because we don't have to, are we really saved? We should delite in obeying Christ Jesus when given the chance. I just wanted to make my position clear for anyone who is confused about this topic.

Bishop Mar Mari Emanuel is prescient in his reference to "RF Radiation" given off by modern communications devices. When I was in the military, we were taught to set up "exclusion zones" for safety around our antennas & signal transfer devices that emmitted RF as well as some emitting microwave radiation very powerfully in "lobes" around the antennas. People that use their cell phones often & hold them close to their body are subjecting themselves to potentially unhealthy doses of radiation from the built-in antennas of those devices.

@ChristAliveForevermore Radiation isn't just from "Nuclear" materials. It is particles of matter in the form of electrons, neutrons etc. They act on physical bodies with varying effects. The sun "burns" us with its rays. Similarly, RF(radio frequency) radiation has effects as well, depending on the strength, concentration, duration & distance to the subject. Microwaves are used for communications as well as "cooking your food", so it is apparent that they can be detrimental if not cautiously & knowledgeably utilized. I have seen pictures taken by people of communications towers that have blurred or strangely colored effects, ostensibly caused by that invisible radiation. This is ALL researchable online, along with EMF. Happy hunting.

No organized religion is the church of God. Not one. God's faithful servants are now His church, scattered throughout the world, doing God's will above all. Organized religions are nothing more than institutions after money and power. Look up the reason they changed the Sabbath under Constantine. Per Constantine's own words, it was changed for the pagans, so all can worship on the day of the SUN.
We've been duped for almost 2 millenia. It's time to wake up and get into the Word, see what GOD says about the Sabbath, His saints, heaven and hell, and so much more! Billions of innocent souls have been corrupted by organized religions and their warped ways.
I pray as many as possible SEE and HEAR the ultimate truth of God over the lies of man! His precious Word is our only truth. And every single organized religion goes against that precious Word.
May God bless you abundantly in your walk with Him. Dig deeper! Pray solemnly! Study His Word with guidance from the Holy Spirit instead of outside sources (man)!
