She mentioned in a previous video that she bought the Air Stream as a fun thing to fix up to turn into an AirBnB, but it turned out to be far more expensive than she anticipated. May as well finish the job and enjoy it. After spending that much money on it, I would want to go camping in it myself before renting it out.

Impressive video. I started a bit late (graduated from my doctorate program at age 30 in 2014 with 170k in school loan debt). Managed to pay off my debt by 2019 and currently have a house and 250k total in investments (combo of profit share, 401k and a brokerage account). I'm not very knowledgeable in investing, so I just have my investing currently in index funds mainly Too but have been putting a lot into Schd the past few months. I don’t know if that's the optimal strategy, but psychologically it is very set it and forget it, and prevents me from obsessing over individual stock performance.

Instead of using different brokerage accounts to purchase index funds or individual stock, compare your age(s) and how much time you have estimated till retirement, you can also opt to consulting/working with a fund manager/advisor for an “optimal strategy” to outperform the bear market.

You'd have no knowledge if you fall for these scams. Psychologically speaking, you won't forget it, and will obsess over that performance. We're in a bull market and can park the “optimal strategy” to outperform the bear market.

For some couples, they're relationship works better when they have separate bank accounts. When they spend the money, they won't be arguing who is depositing more money into that account. It can get messing. It's worked well in my relationship.

I really wasn't concern about what my Real Estate's car was. I was more concern about how good they were at their job and how well they treated their clients. I don't judge on what car they drive. Some agents are really bad at following up keeping you updated on what's going on and the client shouldn't have to keep contacting them to get an update.

When it comes to that $6000 first-class flight, I have a close friend who truly embodies an Abundance Mindset. From observing him, I’ve learned that if he wanted that flight, he would go ahead and book it. But here’s the twist: he would either find a way to avoid paying the full $6000 or find a means to earn that money back. People with an Abundance Mindset don’t think in terms of limits but in terms of possibilities and opportunities; they are creative in finding ways to get what they want.

Here's the thing about buying while married, you split it 5050. If you buy it with someone who isn't your spouse I'd imagine the amount of money invested into the house by each partner would determine the proportion each receives. So in her case if they fought over the house she could prove that she paid far more into it, she'd probably get the bigger portion. I suppose if both names are on the deed, then it could get messier.
