The T-cog was rarely talked about in the Transformers TV Shows and Movies. The only other franchise I saw touch upon the T-cog was Transformers Prime when Bumblebee got his T-cog stolen by an underground human organization that had a habit of turning Cybertronians (both Autobots and Decepticons) into science experiments. It's a vital organ that allows a Cybertronian the ability to transform into their alternate forms. However back then, Cybertron was under a hierarchal class system and all 4 of the main characters were at the bottom of said class, so they had no rights to have a T-cog. Only the upper class/elite are allowed to have T-cogs. So in a way, our main characters got their T-cogs illegally. 🤔
