    This is very helpful information Dr. Mills! Do you have to have a doctor request a cortisol test or can you do it on your own somehow? I believe I was in stage 3 and coming toward stage 2 more. I've got lots of support but I hadn't considered the effects of cortisol on my health.

      Hi! There are different ways to get cortisol levels and they all need to be requested by a health professional but it’s also not necessary to test - simply doing the strategies can be helpful too 👍👍

    Ive been in stage 3 for most of my life .how do i fix this ?

      Sending you lots of healing vibes. As a fellow stage 3-er in recovery, I suggest you first commit to making changes as we can't change our health when living the same conditions that created it. I had to change my work around and prioritize my health with a focus on deep relaxation and clean nutrition with enough but not too much exercise. Every person is unique but these are 3 foundational lifestyle requirements for stress recovery. Hope this helps!
