Kentucky. What’s going on? They aren’t supposed to be LSU they’re supposed to be good.
Their Heisman hopeful Will Levis was out- and they had a freshman QB who'd only taken 2 snaps before this game taking his place; continuing Special Teams problems (missed FG, punt blocked); and a defense that, although played inspired football (forcing 2 turnovers) couldn't contain the Gamecock's running game for 60 minutes.

@@jaymetts3443 I'm just keeping him level headed. Kentucky was overrated. Tennessee is about that life this year. We've proved it. That's why college GameDay is gonna be in Knoxville, AGAIN TWICE IN 3 WEEKS.
Hopefully they can make a show and at least get a decent bowl game. IMO they are winning in spite of Rattler, I think he's a detriment at QB, WAY too many mistakes and he just looks lost out there.

Even with C. Rod being an absolute beast if the offensive line doesn’t show up weekly there’s little chance to beat anyone. Plus special teams too. Watch this video and other previous highlight reels. Great team that’s missing only a couple key players.

Let's not use the "Levis was out" excuse anymore because from what I saw, South Carolina dominated Kentucky on every side of the ball. Offense, defense, special teams. Even with a trash offense and Rattler being a detriment at QB, still whooped the Kentucky defense.
Now, if we can somehow repeat the improbable next week against our in-state rival, I will consider a 6-6 record a successful season. There were many bumps and bruises along the way, even with the occasional broken bone, but a victory against Clemson would make those wounds heal easier and quicker. Lay it all on the line, Carolina! The finush line! Go Gamecocks! Hail To Thee!

Kentucky will need a big game passing and running with no crazy turnovers to beat Miss. St. at home. That first play was ridiculous on both ends coaching and utilizing. Not a good block. Not a good flip pass. Brown wasn’t even where he should’ve been because he was super late with those 2-3 steps fake instead of a quick juke to get to a position to even get the ball on a reverse. That play call that close to the goal line was set up for a huge gain without feeling their D. It just didn’t make sense. Anyways with the way special teams is goofing up chip shot field goals, plays will be set for TD’s instead of field goals so be prepared for all or nothing again this Saturday vs Miss St.

But think about it, people are saying that we won because Levis was out. All last season we literally were juggling what qb to play, and still got a 7-6 record
