    Szedek napi egy tabletta calciumot 500 mg-ot valamint D3 bioextrát 3000 NE-t.Szedek ezenkívül Jutavittől 375 mg magnézium+ B 6 -ot. Mégis sokszor hajnalban görcsöt kap a lábam. Már gondoltam megemlítem a háziorvosomnak,mi lehet az oka.Ezen kívül még szedek C,B,E vitamint is.

      Sajnos az éjszakai izomgörcsök hátterében számtalan dolog meghúzódhat, nyilván bizonyos vitaminok segíthetnek megoldani a problémát, de nem minden esetben. A háziorvos felkeresése a legjobb ötlet! ☺
