I finished Day 2, and it was such a peaceful yet challenging experience to truly embrace stillness. While it was a quiet winter day for me, this yin practice brought a much-needed warmth and calm to my body and mind. It’s incredible how focusing on connective tissues can feel so restorative. Thank you for reminding us to be patient and kind to ourselves, even when stillness feels unfamiliar. This practice was a beautiful reminder to slow down and simply be. ❤️

Yin yoga is one of my favorites! And today, not only did we (my boyfriend is doing it with me, so glad about it also! 😻) slow down and relax, but since we’re away from home and don’t have all the tools for yin, we had to get creative to complete all the poses - and it was actually fun also. We really enjoyed it. Thank you darling! 🤗
Good morning Lina, thanks for this perfect yin class. It really helped me calm my nervous system and release some stress. On Sundays, I mostly already start stressing out about the work week ahead. This extra slow and gentle class helped me to tune inwards instead of thinking about the future. Loved it! 😍
