I am a black powder shooter and I love powder horns, thank you for making this video.
You brought back some memories... As a teenager in the 70's I made a powder horn using pieces of broken glass. It wasn't quite that large and scraping it took a long time.

Very nice. Thanks for sharing. I was gifted with a powder horn (inscribed "Smith 1805") and I always wondered how a horn was finished.
I made one using a piece of broken glass to scrape.....works well.
