So theres this thing I really recommend called a "Shower" it's this metal thing and water comes out of it, you get your hair completely wet and then I also recommend shampoo and conditioner, you scrub the shampoo on your scalp then rinse it out and then you put the conditioner on the bottum parts of your hair and then you rinse it out and then you turn off the water and then you get out and dry yourself off
