Hi Fiona. Time is not on our side, but like Ernie we keep mooching around. Did you know he always goes the same way round the kitchen, turn him round, and he refuses to go the other way. I wonder if there is a lesson to be learned here?
Nice to see the twinkle back in your eyes, Pat buzzing around the kitchen and good old Ernie plodding around the kitchen floor 😃. The loaner car is a beauty 👍👍. Fingers crossed that the insurance company will be fair with you and that you can both be back RV’ing again soon 💕💕. Take care, don’t overdo things, time is a healer. Judy🇨🇦🇨🇦

Trevor, you look so much better today. I'm so sorry that you both had to go through something so horrible. Pat is wonderful! Wishing you all the best for a speedy recovery and hope you are soon living the dream again in a lovely new van.
Thank you Anne for your well wishes. Your so right Anne, Pat is wonderful, how did I Finnish up with such a beautiful lady is a question I ask myself repeatedly. Does living the dream HAVE to be in a motorhome? Because we may have been woken up with a jolt from THAT dream Anne.
Trevor you take it easy, such a shock and seeing those fluffy animals you said yesterday that means your brain had a knock and replaces the area of not enough info with something familiar. I seen program on that, one lady seen pink elephants everywhere due to brain injury. You both might still get some problems with delay shock. So plenty of rest, I am going to my sister for two weeks so will catch up on my return. I hope you will be able to replace your van and hit the road again.❤️❤️☺️☺️
Hi Zlata. Wow, it makes me a bit sad that it took a brain injury to give me those lovely dreamlike images instead of the usual horrible dreams I usually have. I miss those little fluffy creatures which I don't see anymore, I must be getting better. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted. Enjoy your fortnight away Zlata, and come back to see how we are doing, but I hope you won't be disappointed if we don't have another van. ❤️
Hi Frank. Actually my dreams have improved since we escaped death the other day. There's always a positive, and for once in my life I have found one. Thank you for your comment all the way from Australia, isn't social media marvelous? (sometimes)
Glad to see you looking a bit better ( colour wise) but you definitely got concussion ! The " images" you describing are a 'classic'symptom.... luckily yours seem quite pleasant ( not always the case) but basically your brain is 'protecting itself' n trying t fill in the gaps (a bit like " flipping through files to find the right one"! ).(e.g....so you might have had fun as a child...lineing up toy animals/ read a book/ watched a film....which you memory has brought up!) .....it can take a few weeks to settle - as an older person.....but don't " underplay" or put on a brave- face f insurance company! It's ok to say....we need more time to be certain on this/ that issue! N a bit of a ' heads- up'....if your memory returns you may get upset n struggle a bit emotionally --- all very natural! So try not t panic! Lots of ❤ to you all.
Glad to see you both recovering, thanks for the daily updates….. I keep thinking of you both and just how lucky you were. Trevor take some time you have both been through a lot and have a lot going through your minds…..keep that car as long as you need it, you were not at fault here xx
This is us taking our time Betty, do we seem as though we are rushing? The car doesn't excite me it's there if we need it. When the insurance Co give me a price for our van and send us the money, they will take the car back, and we will have no vehicle then, but we are not going to rush headlong into finding a van while we have a car. It's always raining anyway. 😁
Pleased to see you both looking a bit more like yourselves today. Hope you've had a really good relaxed day with your relatives. So many lovely people sending you good wishes too.
Hi Rae. Yes, I think we are getting to be like our old selves again, thank you. We have had a lovely day, and I can't say enough about the lovely messages we have received, just wonderful, and this is one of them. Thank you. ❤️

Hello Vera. We had a lovely afternoon, and we always try to keep our viewers up to speed with what's going on in our lives, which isn't always as exciting as this.
Glad your both as well as you can be after your accident…. Let me know how the car is as looking to get one of those Nissan quasquias looks nice from the video….
Thanks Keith. Hold your horses Keith I was looking on line this morning and couldn't see owt in what I think will be in our price range. There's plenty of time for us, so hopefully we will find something, otherwise its a Fiat 500.
We are nearing the end of our sojourn on this mortal coil Kathleen, this accident plainly proves our time is not yet, so we pull up our boot straps and carry on until we can't.
Glad to see you both in such good spirits and we are thrilled you are looking at getting another van , we think the world of the two of you and wish you all the best for the future all our love Dave and Bonita
Oh you are too kind you two, but it is nice to know that someone likes you. If I was more of a people person I would know how to do that, but Pat can, so that's the main thing.
I know from personal experience how hard this situation must be for you. You must stay ‘strong’ and aim to get back on the road in a replacement van. It gets rid of ‘horrible things that happen to us’ 👍 👍 🙏🙏🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️🏴🏴
It can depend on whether we can find the right van at the price we can afford Joanne. We love vanlife, it's our life, but it has been getting more and more expensive to keep on the road. We know it was a miracle that we were not mamed or killed, and I couldn't agree with you more about the brain. I am so thankful I don't remember the point of impact, which Pat does. Thank you for this comment.
