great video. How would you rate the food quality and customer service. Did you check in a bag. Were they strict with the checked and carry on baggage weight
Thank you! In terms of food quality, Thai Airways is usually a hit or a miss. While the food on this particular flight was fantastic (with some points of improvement) other flights, such as the flight that I took to Bangkok prior to this flight can be a bit disappointing. As for customer service, the Thai Airways flight crew I have met so far have been incredible. While the experience may differ from flight to flight, I personally believe that the customer service has been consistently good over the years. While I did check in baggage, it did not surpass the already generous 22 kilogram limit put in place by the airline, and hence I can't really tell you how strict they were. I'm happy to answer any other questions you may have! ^^
