I got mine a month ago, put it on a few times for several hours at a time. It's very comfortable and hugs my small and skinny frame. 5'10" 130lbs and it fits me with the sm/md size. I'm shocked as to the quality of this carrier for the price. Fits my steel plates well without them sloshing about. I've seen long term reviews of this carrier (why I picked it) and how well it holds up to daily wear and use for years. I have mine fully loaded down with hydration backpack, side mag pouches, etc. My whole rig weighs over 50 lbs and it does amazing. Much more comfortable than what I was issued in the army. It does get a bit warm and sweat does build up, but that's because of the overall coverage of the fabric. Without that coverage, the weight wouldn't distribute across your body. I have 4 carriers and this one is my favorite by far. Always carry a sewing kit for repairs. Even the best gear wears and gets damaged in the field.
I'm assuming your ordered the L/XL? I'm 6'0'' 240lbs. Powerlifter's build. If you measure the just the front panel right up the middle, how long it is? I need it to be around 16 inches for it to not be too short. Thanks in advance.
This is an AMAZING carrier for fat guys!! I'm 6 foot and 319 lbs and the L/XL version fits me great, with room to spare if needed. Great quality as well. If you're a big guy, this will very likely fit!
Hell yeah just the kinda comment I was looking for. Work provided a smaller plate carrier and while it'd work in a pinch I was definitely looking for something larger.
It drives me absolutely insane that yall evolved passed the backpack buckle cummerbunds, but still can't get passed the cheapo shock cord "load bearing" trash. Give me a fully hook and loop cummerbund and I'll care about your products. Trying to produce stuff to be serious, but then making weird proprietary buckles, and other dumb crap is what keeps your products out of my loadouts. Your marketing team needs to stop it's airsofting habits, and start taking itself seriously. You're a budget brand. You should want your products to be as widely compatible with other brands and aftermarket capability as possible. Otherwise no one cares for real world use cases. Even Blackhawk Industries has you beat right now. Step up your game please.
@@killermvne It’s not. I’ve been an instructor for years, been overseas, and used every bit of kit imaginable. Condor will get the job done. No thrills. Put some soft armor inserts in it, and build it up. You will have a decent setup.
Nunya is full of it I ran my condor for 4years in the army and never had any issues even with a 9month deployment full battle rattle no issues with the cumberband or Velcro it all held up great I even ran side plates on it for a little and was perfect

If you're doing anything more serious than Airsoft don't use Condor equipment for your mission essential equipment including plates.
that only applied years ago, not the same gear now.
Why? Is it bad?
@@killermvne Their gear has a reputation for failing at bad times
