Looks like a stylish and creative Capcom vs SNK mugen fullgame. Not satisfied with the all-over-the place damage values though. (That little for Hibiki's supers and that much for Rose's scarf? c'mon) The work put into the sprite and sprite edits is awesome however.
@@saifulwachid5778 I found out. In the "char" folders for each character there is a "Readme.txt" file. It has all the moves for each character respectively.
Hibiki's first two supers never get old.

Excessive lighting effects, worse than the original one, like fighter drawings I prefer SNK 100 times, there is no comparison
